HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

YOU CAN PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE, BY PHONE OR BY EMAIL.....

ONLINE: Enter the information requested (i.e. size, color, font style, text, artwork, quantity etc.) on the details page of the item you want to order. When completed, click on the "Add To Cart" button and proceed through checkout. If we have any question, we'll contact you, otherwise you will receive an email confirming your order.

PHONE: Call us Toll-Free at 1-800-382-2997. If you get our voicemail, please leave your name and daytime phone number and we will return your call within one business day.

E-MAIL: info@clearcutetching.com To email us your order, simply click on the "Email Us" button at the TOP of the page or the "Contact Us" icon at the BOTTOM of the page. Include the item name, order number and etching details, along with your daytime phone number. If you have artwork to submit, please send it along with this email as an attachment. A representative from Clear Cut Etching will contact you within two business days to confirm your order, provide shipping charges and to collect your payment information. (Important: Do not send your credit card information in this email, we will collect that over the phone.)

IMPORTANT: Our goal is to provide you with exactly what you want! To accomplish this, a Pre-Production proof of your items artwork layout is sent to you for review. Production will not be started until we receive your approval.
